We deliver to all zip codes within Orange County, California! If we can’t bring it straight to your doorstep, we’re happy to meet you at another address within our delivery zone. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
Heads up: our website won’t accept orders outside our service area.
We’re open every day from 9am to 9pm. The last call for online and phone orders is 8:55pm. We recommend placing your order by 8:30pm, especially if it’s your first time, so we have time to confirm any details.
The only exception to our regular hours is select holidays, and we’ll always post any updates here.

At DeliveryGreens, we want you to be happy with every purchase. Because of state laws, we can’t accept returns on cannabis products. That said, if you have a defective vaporizer (such as pods or disposables) we may be able to exchange it if it meets the following conditions:
Exchanges must be requested within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
The product must be at least half full and determined to be defective due to manufacturing issues such as malfunctioning or leaking.
Provide a photo or video showing the defect to process the exchange.
All exchanges are subject to manager approval. To request an exchange, please email a photo or video showing the defect along with your phone number to [email protected]. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible!

Simply browse our menu online, add your favorites to your cart, and check out. Or, call us to get personalized recommendations from our friendly budtenders. First-time customers will be contacted after placing their order to confirm details and collect ID photos. Once everything’s set, your driver will keep you updated in real time via text or phone.
Yes! We offer scheduled same-day deliveries. Just include your preferred time in the order notes at checkout (Example: “Please deliver after 4pm”) or let your budtender know when ordering on the phone. We’ll aim to deliver as close to your requested time as possible – usually within 1 hour after your preferred delivery time. Please note, we do not accept orders for future dates.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your driver is on their way, changes might not be possible. Any changes made after your driver is on the way may require repacking and redelivery, which could increase your wait time.
We keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, but occasionally an item ordered may be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll contact you to suggest a substitute. Your order must still meet the minimum purchase requirements. Please note that rain checks are not available on sale items.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and order volume. Orders are typically dispatched within 30–40 minutes, though this may vary based on demand and time of day. We’ll keep you updated by text or phone throughout the process so you’re never left wondering where your order is!
DG delivery is always free, no extra fees! We do have a minimum order amount depending on where you’re located:
- $75 minimum for most cities within Orange County
- $100 minimum for select cities: La Habra Heights, Silverado Canyon, Coto de Caza, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente
Our website won’t let you place an order below the minimum for your area. If you’re not sure whether your address qualifies, just give us a call—we’re happy to help!
Absolutely! As long as it’s a valid Orange County address and you’ll be there during the delivery window, we’re happy to meet you at another location for your privacy or convenience.
We recommend that the person who placed the order is present at the delivery address to receive it, but we understand that life happens! If you’re not available, we offer no-contact delivery upon request—just leave the correct cash amount out and let us know ahead of time.
Drivers have multiple stops and can only wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival before heading to the next delivery. If you’re not there without prior arrangements, or if you request a new address after the driver is already on their way, a $5 redelivery fee may apply.
Once your order is dropped off, DeliveryGreens is no longer responsible for the order bag, so we recommend picking it up as soon as possible to keep it safe.
While tipping is optional, it’s a great way to show appreciation to our drivers!
While we have a thorough triple-check system to minimize errors, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you think something’s off with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible! We’ll review security footage and work with management to make it right. If there’s an error, we’ll send a driver to swap out the wrong item for the right one—no extra charge.

ID Verification & Payments
All customers must be at least 21 years old or 18 and older with a valid medical marijuana recommendation to place an order with DeliveryGreens. For first-time customers, we verify your age by collecting a valid, government-issued photo ID after your order is received. We cannot send out your order until your ID is received and verified.
Please note that your ID photos are used only for verification purposes and are not stored or kept on file, ensuring your privacy and security.
After your first verified order, you won’t need to show your ID again at delivery. Just make sure the person who placed the order is the one receiving it.
We accept cash only at this time. Our drivers carry some change, but if you’ll need a large amount back, please let your budtender or driver know ahead of time. For your convenience, order totals are rounded to the nearest whole dollar, so we kindly ask that you avoid paying with coins.
All taxes are included in the prices you see—no surprises or hidden fees at checkout. What you see is exactly what you’ll pay!

Yes! You can split 14g or 28g of flower evenly between two strains and still get bulk pricing. We call this a “price break,” and our team will manually adjust the price for you. If you order online, we’ll call you with the updated total before delivery. Prefer a text or email instead? Just let us know in your order notes at checkout.
